| Once you have completed the online storefront checkout process, your
order will be processed according to the payment option you have
selected.
Orders paid via credit card will be processed and shipped within 24-48
hours of online payment receipt. Orders paid via check / money order
will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment
through standard USPS mail. Check / money order customers will also
be contacted via e-mail and phone alerting you of our receipt of
payment.
ITT girl couture / www.ITTgirl.com orders are processed Tuesday to
Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Mountain Standard Time) All orders are
shipped via standard USPS mail. If you need 'quick shipping' on an
order, please contact our office at ittgirl@inthetimes.com during
business hours for availability.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds / Store Credit: Because of the nature of
ITT girl couture products (ie-headbands, combs, pillows, nail files, etc.)
we do not offer any of the above. Orders are shipped in high quality
packing materials and each item is inspected before being shipped for
any damages. If for some reason your package is delivered to you
damaged, please take a photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and e-mail it
along with a detailed description reporting the damage(s) to our office
at ittgirl@inthetimes.com within 24-48 hours of receipt. ITT girl couture
is not responsible for any damaged products that you might purchase
from an outside party (ie-independent reseller, fundraiser program, etc.) |
